Seven years ago Jan Meek told us the incredible story of how, when aged 50, and without expecting to, she rowed across the Atlantic with her son Dan. Her talk was so enjoyable we have invited her back. This time she will compare her two different polar experiences – one with family, one with strangers! Encouraged by adventure, in 2007 year she raced with her son to the Magnetic North Pole.
